By-Laws

The By-laws are the rules of Nova Scotia Dodgeball. The by-laws include the day-to-day procedures for the board as well as the procedures for Nova Scotia Dodgeball's Annual General Meeting (AGM). This includes things such as the time frame for the meeting, how the date and time of the meeting is communicated to the members, who has voting rights and more. It outlines the expected procedures and behaviours of both the Nova Scotia Dodgeball Board members and Nova Scotia Dodgeball membership.
