Come on out to our Spring Into Dodgeball Tournament, hosted by Nova Scotia Dodgeball, sponsored by Halifax Dodgeball Club.

WHERE: Zatzman Sportsplex, 110 Wyse Rd, Dartmouth
TIME: 11a-6p
COST: $30 per player.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Tuesday, March 24th.
FORMAT: Each side will start with 2 x 7” foam balls, so no need to run to get the ball off the start! There will be no back lines, but we will have a side line to allow space for folks to ref and watch. Once you pickup a ball, you’ll have 10 seconds to throw that ball. All regular rules for hits and catches, headshots will count as a hit, but are discouraged! Games will be 12 minute halves, and the end of each half will be played as no blocking. Each team is guaranteed 5 round robin games, and one playoff game.
For this tournament, you can register a whole team, or you can register as an individual. If you are registering as part of a team, please let us know your team captain(s) and your team name! If signing up as an individual, please let us know if there is someone you’d like to be on a team with! A minimum of 2 female identifying or non-binary players must be on the court during each games. Please note: to ensure fairness there will be a maximum of 3 provincial players (any player who has been part of the provincial program from 2024-present) per team. If you have any concerns with the gender requirements, please reach out to a member of the board.
Recommended team size is between 8-9 players, minimum team size is 6. We are capped at 8 teams, so make sure to register early to secure a spot!
